What I do: I help people make a living through their purpose with Digital Real Estate. One of the main things I teach my students is to focus on passive impact not passive income, because the more impact you have the more income will come. So my main focus is teaching the community how to build DIGITAL assets online that can cashflow more than physical real estate.

How Long Have You Been Doing It:

I’ve been building Digital Real Estate since 2010, but became fully self employed doing it in 2016 after quitting 2 jobs. One of the jobs was Fed-Ex were I had the thought, “If I throw more boxes on the truck next week than I did this week my pay check is going to be the same, but if I worked for my self the more harder, smarter and efficient I work the more income I’ll make”. So around December after peak season they told me they were going to be laying off the Temps soon so I told myself I wasn’t going back to work tomorrow, so I fired my boss before he fired me.

What’s your future goals with the lane you’ve chosen:

My goal is to help 10,000 people learn how to make money online in 2020 because so many people are on it but don’t know how to monetize. The world is going Digital and COVID-19 is only speeding up that process.
